This will be Shawna's second year of coaching and teaching math at Eastlake.  She is from Southern California, but received her mathematics degree and master in teaching from Whitworth University in Spokane.  Shawna played volleyball throughout high school and college and loves the sport.  She has coached high school and club volleyball teams for the past three years.  As a coach, Shawna emphasize attitude and effort, and want student athletes to build character through playing volleyball.

Tina has been coaching at Inglewood Middle School and Eastlake High School since 2013. Enthusiasm, hard work, and perseverance are all qualities she looks to instill in student athletes. She believes what you learn on the court will benefit you through life.

This is Coach Barlow’s first year here at EHS, however her 4th year teaching health and fitness as well as her 7th year coaching volleyball. Jessika played club through high school and coached volleyball and CrossFit while in college while getting her Secondary Education degree. Her major focus as a coach is teamwork through mental toughness and communication, as well as learning all of the basic fundamental skills in volleyball. She looks forward to this season as a part of the pack. WSPS!!

Marci has been with the Eastlake Volleyball program since 2012.  Marci is passionate about volleyball, loves coaching and seeing the girls grow both as an athlete and as a person. Each season brings excitement as a new team is built, as she sees the hard work put in come to fruition throughout the season. A great attitude and giving 100% each time a player steps onto the court are a couple of her core values.

Mike takes on head coaching responsibilities after two years as an assistant on the staff.  Mike began his volleyball career in high school as an Outside Hitter and Setter on the three time CIF San Diego Section Championship teams at San Dieguito High School.  While at college in Long Beach, CA Mike coached both boys and girls high school teams at Long Beach Jordan and St. Anthony's.  He also spent a year as a volleyball referee.  Following a time away from the sport Mike returned to coaching volleyball and other sports as his three children participated in various youth programs in Sammamish.  Mike is looking forward to building on the success that the Eastlake Volleyball program has enjoyed over the last several years and teaching the sport he took up as a teenager.

Matthew started coaching a few years ago with middle school boys and girls in VA, and since moving to WA have coached both the high school and club 2016-2017 season.  His favorite part of coaching is making a difference.  We're all here for the game, but when you love something it becomes more than that.  Matthew is very passionate about volleyball, and hopes to inspire that passion in all players.

This is Amy’s first year in the Eastlake volleyball program, however, she grew up in the area and played KingCo Conference throughout high school.  Having a true passion for volleyball, Amy loves to see young players become fierce competitors.  As a coach, she emphasizes teamwork and working to hard to improve every time you step on the court.
