Varsity & JV Tournament

On Saturday, September 13th we have a Varsity and JV Tournament in Yakima! Below is all the information you need to know about the travel tournament.

The tournament is a 1 day all-day tournament on Saturday. Hotel rooms have been reserved for the players for Friday September 12th (paid for by the Boosters).

Players are responsible for their transportation there and back. Varsity will be playing at the Sundome and JV will be playing at Davis High School.

Below is the itinerary for the players who need to arrive no later than 6 PM for a team meeting, followed by a meal at the hotel at 6:30. The players will close out the night with team bonding.

Parents/Family need to reserve their own rooms.  If you wish to stay at same hotel, there is a block of rooms being held until 8/31.

Also attached to this email is the LWSD parent field trip consent form and the LWSD authorization for use of private auto. These both need to be completed and turned in to Coach Mike at practice or at parent night on September 3rd
